Networking Issue Between Windows 11 Pro & Windows 10

Hello All

For some reason whenever i try to access my Windows 11 Pro Desktop from one of the other machines via Network in Windows, i always get the message in this picture



*System was clean installed on 11/24/2023, for an attempt to fix another issue in a Game*

My User Account setup is Seperate Admin Account as Admin and Microsoft Account is my Daily use Account as Standard user. Is there a way to stop this from being locked out, and be able to if i want to transfer files from One Machine to Other

I try to backup 3rd PC via Macrium Reflect over network as not easy accessible power outlets to hook up my external drive near that PC , so usually keep it on Main Desktop and then let it transfer over network
(sadly this affects Macrium Reflect ability to backup as well)

I've seen that happen but it usually occurred when trying to Map a drive but worked when Mapping a folder on a drive, similar to Mapping a NAS drive.

Oh ok Well i didn't try Mapping a drive, or a Folder as yet, just was gonna select The Folder while in Remote Desktop in Windows, and start the 3rd PC backup last Sunday, and spent a while trying to figure out why it was happening.

Then got into doing something else, and was like forget it for now lol---But guess upcoming Sunday will give it another shot if not sooner

Anything that tries to connect to the remote system and fails too often can cause that, including Remote Desktop.

On the system to which you are trying to connect, logon with an Admin level account. Open Computer Management > Local Users and Groups > Users. Check the user accounts to see if any are marked with "Account is locked out". Unlock the account.

NOTE: I like to avoid this situation on my home network by logging on to every machine with the same user name and password. This ensures that I will connect flawlessly to any resource on my network without ever being challenged for a username or password and I never have lockout issues even without changing the locket threshold.

Yeah even the 3rd PC does have the Same Admin account as the Other systems

User Account is Standard/Microsoft Accounts setup on each of them

Will login with the Admin account on 3rd System, and check the lockout in Computer management asap here. (Also will look over the Tutorial there as well )

Don't think Reflect is scheduled to do the 3rd PC backup, unless i did accidently schedule it in the past, and maybe that is main reason why its always end up locked when i goto access the main machine from another on network lol


Main PC--Windows 11 Pro
Gaming Laptop/PC 2: Windows 10 Home (Would upgrade to Pro on that one as well, but not sure if worth it now, as Purchased this Gaming Laptop in 2017 lol, should've bought Pro for that System soon as i got it lol)

3rd PC: Windows 10 Pro, as that machine previously had Windows 8.0 Media Center edition and got Pro Free on July 29th 2015 lol

The error message states that the account is locked.
Check this is true in computer management -> Local users and groups -> Users and uncheck "Account is locked out" ehckbox

Will check that asap here, and hopefully can get this fully solved for once
