Windows 11 Pro
After installing these Windows 11 updates:

2025-10-28 Windows 11 Pro 25H2 26200.7019 (KB5067036)
2025-10-20 Windows 11 Pro 25H2 26200.6901 (KB5070773)
2025-10-14 Windows 11 Pro 25H2 26200.6899 (KB5066835)
2025-09-29 Windows 11 Pro 25H2 26200.6725 (KB5065789)
2025-09-22 Windows 11 Pro 24H2 26100.6588 (KB5068221)
2025-09-09 Windows 11 Pro 24H2 26100.6584 (KB5065426)

I keep reading about new features appearing in Windows 11 and none have shown up yet. The same on 4 systems. Also within the time frame of these updates, several of these systems have been wiped out and reloaded with Windows 11 Pro using Microsoft's ISO file. I use a local answer file (autounattend.xml) to install (same as Rufus settings to bypass OOBE).

Ref: Windows 11, version 25H2 update history

I regularly run these commands that completes successfully, no errors:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /scannow

Laptop: Dell 16 Plus DB16255 and other desktop system using Windows 11 Pro.

Just wondering what I am missing on why these features are not enabling.

Thanks.

If you open the release page for KB5067036, you will see that there are two tabs under Highlights: Gradual rollout and Normal rollout. I bet that your device is not eligible for receiving updates listed under Gradual rollout. Same as my device (and many others).

Google shows Microsoft's gradual rollout meaning. After reading all the news stories on these features, some users expected the feature much sooner:

Microsoft's "gradual rollout" means it releases software, updates, or features in stages to increasing percentages of users over time, rather than all at once. This approach helps manage risk by allowing Microsoft to monitor the performance and stability of the new release through telemetry data. If issues are detected, the rollout can be paused or halted, preventing widespread problems.

How it works
  • Initial phase: A new update is released to a small, small group of users, often those who opt-in or have a specific, highly active configuration.
  • Monitoring and data collection: Microsoft collects data from this initial group to check for errors or performance issues.
  • Expansion: Based on the success of the previous phase, the rollout is gradually expanded to larger groups of users.
  • Network load reduction: By distributing the update over time, Microsoft can reduce the strain on its servers and the internet bandwidth of its users.
  • Full release: Eventually, the update becomes available to all eligible users, by which time Microsoft is confident it is stable.
Benefits
  • Risk mitigation: It prevents a single bug from affecting all users at once.
  • Early feedback: It allows Microsoft to gather valuable feedback from early adopters.
  • Resource management: It helps manage the network and server load associated with a large-scale release.
