New pc wont boot.


According to the site i bought it from and as i said to be fair they are very good,all components are tested before shipping,i will wait and see what they say beofre removing ram or resetting the cmos.

Wow up and running so far,got an email and he suggested the earlier option of removing one of the ram modules,i also removed the graphics card to get to the ram so that was removed by me as well. Booted up straight to my SSD drive with W11 on it.:D
Next i will power off put the ram module back in,connect two hd which i had to disconnect whilst trying to get it to boot.
So
(A) Reconnect ram
Reboot
(B) reconnect two Blank Hd
Reboot
(C) reinsert the graphics card and reboot again,if that all goes to plan we will have lift off.
I will keep you posted as to how it goes.

So good news and bad news
I ran disk management and belrac system analysist
W11 boots fine.
HDs seen fine
Ram module i took out not seen so faulty,they are going to send me a replacement.
The graphics card that i had in geoforce RTX 3060 was seen and working when the pc wouldnt boot,now the pc is booting when i put the Graphics card in it wont boot!!!! I cant download drivers for the graphics card because it says there is no graphics card and the system isnt compatable,because itdoesnt have the graphics card in it.
Ive removed and re set the card a couple of time,the power cables are in secure and slotted onto the mother board,sothe isuue is how to i get the pc to boot with the graphics card in it?

Are you aware that all boards and devices that you are plugging in and out are very sensitive to static charges?
You should therefore always 'ground' yourself by connecting an antistatic wrist strap (one side on your wrist, otrher side connected to a metal part of the computer case).

Otherwise you might make things worse than they already are.

But may be you already are using such a device. In that case my hint can be valuable for other readers of this topic.

Finally:
Its booting,Graphics card working and it sees the two hd,all is now good.
I am getting the other 8GB ram module tmw,so assuming installing that doesnt cause any issues all is now Hunky Dory.
I would like to thank everyone who took the time to post ideas,links,suggestions,some i had already tired and some that were knew to me,the various coulds and perhaps all added up to getting this sorted,thanks again.

No sorry i forgot to say,i must have dropped wool/fluff from my jumper and some of it was in the slot,when i blew it out it kicked in without issue.

Make sure with the replacement RAM that the RAM modules are matching pairs.

Consider making baseline hardware tests: RAM, GPU, CPU, Drive

(ie) in the installer, in Where Do You want to install Windows? You Deleted ALL partitions, until the drive is all Unallocated Space, then pressing Next.
If this fails, run Diagnostics on the drive also what was mentioned in Post #20

im assuming your meaning onto the usb to try to get it started yesterday,yes i did do a total format of all the partitians on the usb,i also installed W10 onto the usb ,as was later found out it didnt boot due to one of the ram modules being faulty,all sweet now.
