I built a new PC last year using an Asus Z790 board. I haven't been offered the 24H2 update yet. Has anyone with this board been offered 24H2?

Very much doubt it is the motherboard Steve. I don’t have the same board but it is an Asus z790.

Why not download the iso and upgrade it if you want it?

I know I can install it from the ISO but I was wondering if there is some issue since 24H2 hasn't been offered yet via Windows update.

I am sure not, some windows thing no doubt. Just make a backup if you are unsure.

I doubt that this is related to your motherboard.

But if you have some Ubisoft games installed, Windows 11 24H2 will not be offered to install via Windows Update :

To safeguard your Windows update experience, we have applied a compatibility hold on devices with these games installed. These devices will not be offered to install Windows 11, version 24H2 via the Windows Update release channel.

That might explain the issue since I do have Ubisoft games via Ubisoft Connect but not the ones quoted.
