So - I just got this gaming PC yesterday, as an upgrade to my previous Win 10 build. I have 2 SATA drives which I moved across and then changed the drive letters to those previous to keep things in order or soI thought. No idea whether that was what started the problem as I was also busy installing all my software but at some point I found the keyboard suddenly had stopped working. I looked online via my laptop & then worked through all the suggested fixes to no avail. I've tried 2 different KBs - my standard is an MS Natural Keyboard Pro & then also tried a wireless styletech one. They are recognised by the system both in the tone on connection, and then also showing up in System as working, yet pressing keys achieves nothing
I've done both col & warm boots, updated Windows and ran Glary Utils but still no joy.
Some mouse actions seem equally affected e.g. right click for some actions, and in Edge I can't even access sites by clicking on links
But just discovered the media buttons work oddly but that's it!
Totally stumped as I've never encountered this type of problem before so hoping someone here might have some insight.
