Solved Notification Tray Problems

Notification Tray Issues
Issues:
1. Notification Tray Icons Disappear Randomly.
2. Icons Remain, But Cannot Right Click On Any Of Them.
3. I Can Double Click To Open The Program.

Actions I Took:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
chkdsk /r

Settings in

Are all fine.

I just don't know what might be causing this issue and what might fix it.

notification tray icons normally disappear when explorer has reloaded
the program/s are still running but the tray icons don't reload.

you can check
control panel > file explorer options
middle tab > view
about half way down menu in this window
'launch folder windows in a separate process'
then click apply and see if that gives any improvement.

also it maybe worth checking
control panel > security and maintenance > maintenance > reliability monitor
which may give you an idea what is causing explorer to reload.

If you are using any 3rd party app that alters the GUI, uninstall it. Restart and see if things get back to normal.
