nvlddmkm.sys caused a crash and other issues

Seems i am having a similar issue that other people are having. Today my pc crashed and error report pointed to nvlddmkm.sys pc specs are as follows
Alienware Aurora R16
Intel Core i9-14900F
Cryo-Tech AIO Liquid Cooler 240mm Radiator
32GB DDR5 5600 Ram
Custom Alienware Motherboard Intel Z690
Dell GeForce RTX 4080 Super 16GB Ram
1TB NVMe M.2 Kioxia SSD (Boot) 7045 mbps Read - 5789 mbps Write
4TB NVMe M.2 Lexar NM790 SSD (Storage) 6783 mbps Read - 6523 mbs Write
Killer E3100G 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet Controller
1000W Dell Platinum PSU
Windows 11 Home
OS Build 26200.7628

Now i have been have other issues like once in a while fps and gpu utilization will drop to zero for like a sec or 2. plus application failures being logged in "reliability history". And not every day but often i will see Windows Installer reconfigured the product on darn near every program i got. or sometimes just a few. But these things never happen till like a month ago. Could this all point to GPU failure. Perhaps a sub par windows update. Any help would be appreciated.

5) Plan to run the tool with various customized test settings.

a) Test all non-Microsoft drivers

b) Test no Microsoft drivers

c) For the first run of WDV select the 3 customized tests displayed in the TF tutorial

6) Whenever the WDV tool is started if there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

verifier /querysettings

So i fixed my problem with the help of copilot. Yes i am shocked it worked also. I told copilot what was going on, sent screenshots of stuff and after a long while trying to track down the issue it turned out the be the dell software on my Alienware that was messed up from likely a update that didn't properly remove the old files. so MS installer was stuck in a loop trying to fix a issue it didn't know how to fix. Nevertheless i wish it took less time, cause it was hours and days of trial and error, but copilot did help me fix the issue.

There were no steps performed so I'm not able to know whether all of the problems were identified or fixed.
