If this problem still unsolved for a long time, maybe we should just resinstall system.

Guys, I think this picture might be able to let us see more clearly on this problem. It might shown where the problem is located however I can't find the obs studio follow the shown path.

AV's sometimes classify 3rd party software as a threat. Should be able to list OBS as an exclusion and then run a scan for other threats. Or you may need to update OBS.

Missed seeing that.

Google "RAV Endpoint Protection" and you will see it is very questionable AV. As you mention above, may be best to do a clean install.

when i scanned my pc with windows defender i found a "Trojan" virus and an unassigned folder

I did the necessary by deleting them (all)

I used ccleaner, I deleted the "temp" folder, I scanned again with "windows defender", I used "MS safety scanner". I reinstalled MS visual C++ .....
the problem did not disappear

Out of habit, I consulted the "Task Scheduler". When I saw all the names of the scheduled tasks and their triggers I noticed a suspicious task as shown in the pictures
the task occurs every 5 minutes I deactivated it and the problem does not occur anymore

So this problem seems minor and an action like this is not dangerous.
I do not guarantee the side effects

SOLUTION: Disable the error message trigger in the task scheduler.

It was part of a trojan, and your solution is disable it in task scheduler? Im sure thats not all it did......
