There are actually no programs by intel in that section:

Are you sure this won't brick my system?

I'm pretty sure I did attempt to rename it a few days ago and then my PC failed to boot all together

I'm not sure all i can say its used device driver if it was not you will not get BSOD error for this driver so i don't know how you can't find the driver at Device Manager. Rename it as iaStorF.sys.tmp and see problem resolves if computer won't boot rename it as iaStorF.sys.

Is there any way I can see if this driver is being used in task manager or anything? I don't see the name of it listed and when I used WDV it said the driver was already being shown but I did not see it.

I can make a video if that would help.

I haven't read all the posts, but I would just do a clean install of Windows 11, especially on a custom build.

I understand and this solution does work, as I've tried it before.

However, the frustrating thing is that I'll have to reconfigure my settings and set up all my applications and programs again?

I know it's desirable to be able to keep installed programs and data, but you switched from Intel to AMD, from MBR to GPT and from Win 10 to Win 11... if it was me, I'd do a clean install. ^^

You're probably lucky that this didn't happen. (just kidding)

You need to consider two things...

1. Windows 11 is twitchy at the best of times.
2. Today's computers are doing approx... 5 billion operations a second. Do a clean install.

After the clean install... start using 3rd party backup software.

How to use backup software... 1. When everything is working perfectly... make a full Windows backup. 2. Then, if something breaks... restore from the latest backup. 3. Then... try "whatever you were doing" a different way. If it still breaks Windows, then... go to step #2. 4. Repeat...

@FreeBooter may have a way to get you out of this but IMO you should do now what you should have done when you switched from Intel to AMD...a clean install. I know you said you had worked this way for 3 years but having a bunch of Intel drivers in the driverstore is just asking for trouble to pop up as it has. Not only are IRST drivers floating around on your drive but Intel chipset drivers are as well which there are quite a few. This is not counting the large amount of Intel association in the registry. Even if those drivers are not in use, IF you get drivers through windows update, I've seen WU issue updates for drivers that were no longer used because WU updates what it sees.
You may be able to remove the Intel drivers in safe mode or for sure by using a live Linux distro on usb.

The only Intel device in my Device Manager is my motherboard's Intel Ethernet. I have selected to show hidden devices and Intel still does not show up.

Listing by device type is the default in Device Manager, but it can also list devices by driver. You should then be able to find the driver, see which device uses it, and uninstall it.

The short answer is... YES with a lot of work and a lot of time, you can probably fix all the driver issues.
Or... you can spend about 20 minutes, doing a clean install, and maybe a day re-installing all your programs.

If you do decide to do a clean install... export things like Bookmarks, etc... to a storage drive, first.

You're right. I should have done a clean install but I think I was in the same predicament at the time as I currently am now (just without the issues).

Windows functions perfectly fine, outside of when I attempt to enable Secure Boot, so it was never an issue until now...

Well, it will definitely take a lot longer than 20 minutes lol. I have a lot of annoying stuff and settings I need to change, but I have moved closer and closer to doing that after a couple of days of failed troubleshooting.

I meant 20 mins., to install just Win 11 itself.

I currently have my OS drive cloned to another SSD.

Is it possible to just transfer those programs, scripts and applications, settings over to my new OS drive after doing a fresh Windows 11 install?

There's a lot of files and scripts for programs in my roaming folder that I'd rather not hunt for to install again, etc.

That would be nice, but Microsoft doesn't seem to think things like that are necessary.

You built a nice computer... give it a fighting chance.

TIP: I know it takes time, but when you do tweaks to Windows 11, save them in a text file in a folder on a storage drive.
A list of tweaks comes in real handy when a Windows Update "un-does" some of them. Which happens a lot.

Here's mine, for example... (Some of these were just "attempts", like Remove EDGE)

My list of Windows 10 tweaks is about twice as long as this list. LOL

Perhaps I'm also feeling a little sunk cost fallacy at the moment as well, because I would have definitely had all of my programs and settings up by now with the amount of time I've dedicated to solving this and getting help regarding solving this.

I was really hoping that I wouldn't need to resort to this but I guess I'll just have to do it the boring way now, lol.

NO. Clean install is the fun way. All the side quests and boss monsters you'll have to deal with.
Other "video games" aspire to be as difficult as this.

Once you do the clean install, and get all your programs installed and all your tweaks done, and have made a backup...

Then... you'll have a mean, lean, computing machine. ^^
