Bitdefender free is just an antivirus program.
I don't use Windows firewall at all. :(

Maybe try Bitdefender free and Tiny Wall for the firewall.

I blocked those two, plus several other executables, then deleted the 4 Edge folders from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft".
I use IObit uninstaller, and it had one executable, so I uninstalled it along with, I think it was 56 registry items.
Hopefully that will take care MS Edge!
I'm gonna leave Windows up & running to see if Edge gets installed, between now and when I get back home tomorrow afternoon.

Finally back home, and the Windows OS has been up & running since yesterday evening until now, almost 24hrs, and no sign of MS Edge.
It would appear that I'm now rid of both; OneDrive, and MS Edge.

Removed enough stuff to give me 16% or 41.4GB, but it still complains about there not being enough room to create a restore point.
That OneDrive has really messed up my C: drive!
And there are NO documents stored on C:, they're all on D:.

Pffft... I wouldn't have the patience. I'd just strip my personal files to storage and reinstall Windows. (I'd also be very careful about what I agree to during the installation.) And people wonder why I insist on a local accnt. I mean, you can prob cmd it, check Win Services etc. but One Drive really can leave you with one big headache at the end of the day. Your call.

Took me a while.
Used a Ventoy Live Linux Mint session to resize the Data partition, and move the unallocated space past 3 partitions, then merge it with W11.
Easier to do it that way because nothing on the SSD is mounted, so nobody complains when you start moving things around.

Sys Restore was set to 20%, ~ 96GB, and it's complaining that there's still not enough space for the SnapShot.
Well.... Sys Restore has a problem!
