Outlook Pst viewer

Hi can anyone recommend a outlook Pst viewer so i can view and move emails without outlook.
I would like to be able to see and select emails and move or save as pdf
If possible please

Unfortunately the several Microsoft Office file viewers are only that, provide the ability to view the contents of a file when the apps within the Office suite are not installed, can't do much more. I've not come across a Viewer for the .pst and .ost files since starting with Office Version 4.5 [individual app versions 6] but such may exist as third-party apps.

I usually go through the messages, double-click a choice then choose to print using Microsoft Print to PDF feature.

You might want to try MailStore Home - MailStore Home - Free Email Archiving & Backup for Home Users
It has the ability to import PST files so they can be viewed, exported to other E-mail software, printed, etc. The only thing I'm unsure of is if it needs Outlook installed on your machine but I don't think it does because you can either import from Outlook or a PST file.

It's also great for migrating from one E-mail client to another; I used it to migrate from Thunderbird to Outlook.

Hi i have downloaded MailStore Home but i carnt see how to import a saved Pts file

On the Start Page, click on Archive E-mail

On the Archive E-mail page click on Microsoft Outlook PST file:

You'll then get a dialog box asking you where the PST file is:

Fill in the name and password (if it has one) and click Next. This is as far as I can go because I don't have a PST I want to archive but it should be straightforward from here.

Thank you so much i can now import a saved Pst file and select the email i want but i dont seem to be able to export to PDF i only have the options below

You don't want to export it; you want to print it. Unfortunately MailStore doesn't let you select a printer; it just prints to your default. What you can do is change your default printer to "Microsoft Print to PDF" or other similar software (like Cute PDF or Bullzip PDF Printer). When you print the document you'll be asked what to name it and you'll have your E-mail message "exported" to a PDF file. The Print button is in the window that displays your E-mail:

It's a cheesy solution but it works!
