New Outlook for Windows Banner Ads

Hi,

I have a Microsoft 365 subscription via a Gmail account. I also have an Outlook.com and a Yahoo account.

When I read email in the Outlook.com account, there is a banner ad: "Buy Microsoft 365". The Gmail account is set up as the subscription account and primary account. If I log in using webmail to the Outlook.com account, the banner ad remains.

Can the ads be stopped, please?

I have contacted Microsoft Support, but not much help so far.

Try to setup Outlook as a primary sign in, maybe it will shake up.
If not, renew the subscription with Outlook next time you pay.

I have tried Outlook as Primary sign in it does not fix the issue.
Microsoft no longer sells the Subscription Product I have so I have to spend more money for features that I do not want or use.
