Pantum 200W printer not recognized after Windows 11 update

A recent update on win11 totally erased my printer a Pantum 200W Printer. So re-downloaded the drivers ran as Admin, but somehow this Win update turned off the USB, or at least it seems so, so I cannot print at all for the printer is never recognized, & therefore the the installer not finding the printer, never completes the install!Has anyone else experienced this & solved this issue?

You may need to disable the Vulnerable Driver block list.
You can always re-enable it, if it doesn't fix the problem...

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
To avoid having mixed version driver files (some from manufacturer, some from Windows Update), I would fist uninstall any software relevant to the printer and restart. I would then install the official printer driver and then use a tool to block the unwanted Windows Update so as not to mess with my perfectly working driver. One such tool is Microsoft's Windows Update Show Hide Tool and another is Windows Automatic Updates Manager (WAU Manager). You load either of them, scan for available updates and then check the box to hide (block) the undesired updates from the list. Of course for this to work you must do it before the update is installed, or it won't be on the list.
