I think Edwin is on to something. If I remember correctly, I set up my Beelink using a local account when I got it. It's still a local account. It did not show up in Devices under my MS account until I installed MS Office on it. The 2 Dell's have always used a MS account and have always showed up in Devices even before I installed Office on them, even though one of those Dells is a incompatible device.I simply installed Office on a decade old Laptop, that has never seen an MS account...,
the device showed up online!
