If it was just the once I wouldn't worry about it but if it does it again I would start checking out the cause.
I had a few issues with an upgrade once, so I used Macrium to reload and image from before the upgrade and tried the upgrade again, now I always make an image before any changes

Pc was done like a week ago, there was some major change of parts CPU , extra 2 ram and a GPU but i didn't reinstall the window.
During upgrade i broke my previous mobo Asrock B560M pro4ac, and change it to a similar chipset mobo Gigabyte b560m ds3h ac (no reinstall window) but i done some drive update and uninstall some previous mobo program

i wonder is this the case that cause the crash when i just launch mw2

You're probably having driver conflicts.
Before you spends days or weeks troubleshooting the problem, you should probably just do a clean install of Windows 11.

After some googling, it might just be a random crash caused by cod itself, guess its partially/fully solve

but i done some drive update
But did you completely remove your previous graphics driver using DDU before installing the driver for the new GPU? If you don't, it can and does come back to bite you in the rear end.

Could it be power insufficient?
Could not tell you. But let it run and test after this re-install.
The same error would point definitely to a hardware issue.
This is a different MoBo right?
You did not carry over any overclocking config from the other GPU?

done realtek driver driver install but i realize the problem still exist in dxdiag along with some program but it seems unfixable.

3-5h gaming no single crash so far.

Might just be a rookie error without reinstall window.
