Hello! I'm using latest version of Photoshop on Windows 11 (Nvidia drivers up to date).
When I work in Photoshop (or any other Adobe applications! Same issue with Indesign or AI), the Windows taskbar seems unresponsive... When I click on another icon, Explorer or Firefox for example, the background of the icons is "red" (see screenshots), and their windows don't come up, in front. More, the right click panel is also out and unresponsive in the taskbar on the icons... Photoshop looks "locked" in front.
I need to reduce/enlarge Photoshop window to access to the others, "behind"...
Do you have any idea to solve that? That is very annoying...
Thanks!

Not that it would solve the issue you seem to have, but does Alt+Tab/Win+Tab work when it does that? If that's broken too, I think it's down to Adobe to fix the issue, but if they work, it might be something else.... I assume you have enough RAM in the system and haven't had issues prior to Win11?

I have and use Photoshop all of the time and I'm not having any issues with it.. so I doubt it's an issue with Photoshop.

I still don't understand what the issue is....

The only reason I was saying it may be Photoshop, I use an older version than that and don't have the problem.

From what I can make out it is a memory or high usage issue. I wonder what task manager shows

It may not be that even I was just trying to work out what the OP meant. I wonder what Task Manager would show for usage and other things running, but like I said it could be something totally different.
I wonder what version of Photoshop he has? When I worked in photography our professional version was so memory hungry. unless you are in the industry I doubt if he would have that version. I was lucky I got it when the company closed down as it costs thousands

Hello, thanks for your message and support... I finally cracked and gave up Win11 to come back on Win10...
I had too many troubles with Win11, Photoshop, printer, folders etc.
So, wait & see...

About the recent issues, that was quite crazy... I have a great workstation up to date and suddenly, all the Adobe Creative apps make troubles when their windows are in front and maximized. Alt+Tab help to get things back to normal (or a click on my second screen), but all the icons in the main taskbar were "frozen" and were blinking in red... That's the final straw and unfortunately I didn't have time (I had to work ^^) to investigate deeper...

Thanks again for your time!
