Photoshop Elements Organizer 2022 BSOD

After using the Creative Cloud versions of Photoshop for a year or two, I decided it would be cheaper to revert to the installed versions. So I purchased Photoshop Elements 2022.
The organizer version is Elements Organizer 20.0.0.0
Core Version: 20.0 (20220513.Git.dot.7cfe660)
Language Version: 20.0 (20220513.Git.dot.7cfe660)

The organizer regularly causes a BSOD, especially if I try to do anything soon after opening the program.
I use Driver Easy to keep my drivers up to date.
I looked for help on the Adobe forums, but apart from complaints about BSODs, I could not find any solutions on the Adobe site, nor in the Community Forum.

What's my next step?

I do not recommend using Driver Easy, or any similar program. They are simply put not needed and may potentially install bad drivers too. Most drivers you need you can get from Gigabyte, mind that while their drivers may not be up to date, up to date drivers aren't guaranteed the best for your computer. Other drivers you can't get from Gigabyte, you may be able to either get them from Windows Update or go to the vendor that has the necessary drivers, but do not use driver update programs. I recommend downloading and installing all drivers from Gigabyte to replace the Driver Easy drivers.

You only get crashes with this organizer program?

Yes, I only get this crash from the Adobe Photoshop Elements Organizer program. Have you looked at the dump file? Does it provide any clues?

I have somewhat looked at the dump files, they look awfully like situations I've seen many times before yet every single time they remain to be a struggle. There have been plenty of situations where when Adobe editing programs were used, crashes occurred indicating hardware problems. It is not likely that there is an actual hardware problem, because every time they only occurred with the Adobe editing program.

Bad news then. Today I opened Adobe Elements Organizer after modifying some pics in the companion Editor. I fully exited the Editor. I opened the Organizer and waited for the BSOD. It crashed about 2 minutes later reporting a CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. Dump file available via this link: Philip Hunt sent you 1 item

Just updated my graphics driver. Seems to have fixed it for the moment.

Still fails on SSE4 CPU requirement -- SSE3 should be OK . Adobe publish this as working on W10 -- well then make the wretched thing work on all machines that can run W10 according to Ms requirements.

I know W11 is a bit different and there are all sorts of "Get arounds" on running W11 on "Incompatible hardware" but W10 is mainstream and so long as that OS is current and supported then adobe should continue to make their software work on a platform it advertises as "Supporting it".

Any chance of a "Lawyers Tort" case here having a go at Adobe for false advertising or delivering "Defective Goods". Perhaps all W10 users who can't upgrade the photoshop CC stuff should get 250,000 USD each. !!!

That didn't last long. The BSOD returned. So I decided to uninstall everything Adobe related (save pdf reader) with the thought that some legacy stuff might be causing the BSOD. Scraping the bottom of the barrel apparently.

Reinstalled Photoshop Elements 2022. First time I ran the the Organizer it crashed to a BSOD within minutes.

Help.
