DaveM121 (advisor on Microsoft Answers forums) has confirmed it is a bug and will report back. He has checked his two laptops and even they don't report it as compatible.

I am not sure how does it pass for you. I have TPM 2.0 and UEFI. Meet everything but it still tell me it's not supported. I don't think HP laptop has the option to enable/disable TPM... No need to reset it.

I'll just chalk it up to software not being fully updated.

You can verify using hte 10F tutorial Verify Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Chip on Windows PC - that will tell you if Windows 10 sees it or not. If it does not, you will need to enable it in your UEFI.

None of my 3 systems will run it. I have secure boot and TPM2 in all 3 of their UFI Bios. One of them is just over a year old with a Ryzen 2700X. There must be an issue with the tool.

I downloaded and ran the PC Health check and was horrified to see my PC did not meet requirements.
I have an i9 9900k, RTX 270 Super and Aorus Z390 Pro mobo...surely my PC isn't out of date already?

Turns out I needed to enable the TPM thing in my bios (I think it was called something slightly different by Intel) and also convert my HDD from MBR to GPT so that I could enable UEFI and secure boot. I did have a little bit of a panic attack while converting to GPT, and making sure I could still boot after changing bios settings, but it all worked out and now my PC is compatible! Yay!

This is key. Having Secure boot and *enabling* secure boot are 2 different things. Same with TPM. They need to be on for the app to detect it for it to say you can install Win11.

If you're booting from an MBR disc instead of GPT, you probably don't have Secure boot enabled, either. @Smoak Wolf - thanks for the added information. Maybe this will help some others who are still getting rejected by the app.

I have TPM 2.0 and UEFI. Meet everything but it still tell me it's not supported.
So do I, but it still says mine is unsupported.

There are some even more draconian requirements hidden away in the small print, notably the processor requirements.

No Intel CPU earlier than 8th gen can run Windows 11. My 6th gen i7-6600U doesn't make the cut....

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. Now 11 has been released it has been re-imaged back to 10 and awaits the upgrade to be offered in Windows Update.

My SYSTEM THREE is a Dell Latitude 5410, i7-10610U, 32GB RAM, 512GB ssd, Windows 11 Pro.

Interestingly, neither are Ryzen and Threadripper first gen CPUs shown as supported.

Here's the list of AMD supported processors,, well ... I checked the list and my processor isn't listed.
That could be why I can't get it to pass the verification
