I have a tpm 2.0 in my motherboard(z97 anniversary) from infineon.
The tpm working correctly but i observed that if i go to powershell and wite the command get-tpm the restartpending is always true.

Anyone have seen it?

I tried to shutdown the pc with fast boot disabled and to remove the power for two minutes but it is always the same.
