Problem with iTunes/Windows Explorer

Within iTunes i can right click on a file/song and select 'Show in Windows Explorer'. However when I do this I receive the attached error message. I'm guessing that it's got something to do with a File Explorer setting but can't find where that might be.
Any help gratefully appreciated.

Show in Windows Explorer should just open File Explorer to the folder that contains that song. I can't imagine what setting would need to be changed. I am running Win 11 22622.75.
