On my home PC, Gamin Express has always run without problem.
Now the program opens, and correctly recognises my Garmis Edge + and my Fenix 6 Sapphire watch.
However when I type the email and password, I receive "There was a problem connecting to the Garmin servers. We're unable to sign you in because our servers are unavailable at this time."
I have unsuccessfully tried to uninstall Garmin Express and fresh reinstall. I have unsuccesfully uninstalled Garmin Express from the registry.

Garmin Express works perfectly on my laptop. No other problems on my PC. I have run SFC and DISM.

I would much appreciate a solution.

I have Garmin Express v7.17.1.0 installed on my Windows 11 machine and I simply double-click on the program shortcut to launch it. It does not ask me to sign-in using email and password. Is it possible that you have somehow changed the 'Garmin Connect Authentication Domain'? See photo: -

The Garmin Express I have installed does not behave in the same way that yours does. i.e. No pemail or password needed. I can only suggest you try Garmin support: -
