Ram RGB won't turn off when task wakes pc.

My Mobo supports all the argb stuff. My CPU cooler and Ram have it.

I had it all disabled at first even though my case has a window because I'm not into that stuff. Then I discovered it will change colors with CPU temp so I use it now with MSI Center and Mystic Light as a temperature gauge. (blue-pink-red)

When I sync the mobo and ram it all works fine. When the monitor goes to sleep all the lights turn off. When the PC sleeps (S3) all the lights turn off. When the PC wakes all the lights turn on.

Issue:

Macrium Reflect wakes the PC every night at 2am to do an incremental backup. All the lights come on but once the backup is done and the PC goes to sleep via the normal windows settings the ram stays lit up. Only the ram.

So when the wake event is a task instead of wake from USB something is different but I can't figure out what.

Is Hybrid Sleep disabled?
