Can anyone recommend some dual monitor software that allows me to duplicate the taskbar on to the second screen?

You can set that from the taskbar settings:
Right click on the taskbar then click "Taskbar settings"
Click on "Taskbar behaviours"
Scroll down and click on "Show my taskbar on all displays"

Thank you. Does that duplicate the bit in the right hand corner with the time and little icons?
