Got it working.
Well, not the one that was paired up to the raspberry pi.
This was a low end, rebranded, folding keyboard with a touch pad, gotten from from amazon for about 32 bucks.
So, the keyboard was the issue. With all your help, I was able to get the Windows PIN to show back up, but typing in the PIN number and hitting enter (even now being able to see anything on the screen) on the Bluetooth keyboard, it was Not accepting anything.
I looked to see if there was Any way to Reset that keyboard and nothing.
I have the Logitech K480, it accepted it, No problem, other than I do not like the keys on it and how it works.
I went back on line looking for foldable keyboards with a touch pad and found some, like the Logitech that would used up to Three different systems or computers etc. That told me pretty much the Keyboard was the issue, Not windows 11.
I ordered another cheap foldable Bluetooth keyboard that has not been paired up with anything, went though the steps, got a PIN number for the new foldable keyboard, typed it in and pressed enter, accepted and now working with the keypad and all.
So, the problem is solved but not with that first keyboard. Why, I have no idea, the new one is the same everything but the name, rebranded.
The older keyboard May have worked, If it was Resetable.
Thanks to Everyone that has helped me get though this. I learned more than I wanted too
