Rip Sumo, other updater software?

Been a paid user of Sumo for many years. It's End of Life is the end of October. Can anyone recommend any other updater software. I do not want software that updates other software automatically, just show me a list of what "needs" to be updated, preferably with a link to the manufactures site, and allows me to chose on my own what does, and doesn't need to be updated?

Soft Organizer does this. It is an annual licence fee but if you do not pay annual fee after 1st year, you can still use it but you do not get updates.

I use Softpedia's watchlist for that, I get an email about the update. Otherwise I use winget list.

Agreed. I first found it at giveawayoftheday, and was happy to pay for a full license. Extremely helpful.

I haven't been thrilled with anything I've tried so far. But, that's to be expected when I've used one piece of software for many years. I won't make a final decision till the end, and hopefully something will rise up like a phoenix!
