Scanner problem

As to the WIA/TWAIN: Both show in page manager. When I chose one I get two different lack of connection messages, with the other I get only one. I did find somewhere that their 64 bit driver did not work and to download their 32 bit, but that did not work either.

I contacted the page manager folks and they had no answers. I doubt they will do anything about it. The sad part is that this scanner/software is still for sale today. Lots of returns coming
