Screenshots folder pinned to quick access even though I didn't pin

The problem is above, I do take a lot of screenshots but I don't access the actual folder a lot.

Hello,

By default, frequently opened folders will appear in the Quick Access navigation pane section, but they don't get automatically pinned.

You can check the tutorials below unpin or remove the Screenshots folder from Quick Access.

My machines have the Screenshots default saving in a folder in Pictures:

It's possible to move that folder but for sake of my clients I try to keep mine as default so I can see what they see. Could even create a shortcut to the folder then pin that to the Taskbar or desktop.

Yeah, I just think it's a bit weird, im not sure if it's because I take a lot of screenshots or stuff but yeah, I unpinned it, and I am just curious

Functionally, No. But I'd go to C:\Users folder and check the named Users for the Pictures folder being there and the Screenshots subfolder in it. Moving folders out of a User folder improperly can lead to issues. Some articles in Tutorials may be of interest.

It's located in Onedrive < This PC < Windows (C:) < Users < Username < Onedrive

OneDrive messes things up for me so I remove it. In the Navigation pane of File Explorer anything listed above This PC are shortcuts to the actual item, right-click one and go to Properties, see the actual location on the drive. The default location of a users data in in subfolders of C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE.

Sorry but if "It's just in Onedrive folder thats all" I'd say there's a risk that access to the data may at some time not be fully available, there's already been some outages of the Internet. But then I don't need access to stored data when traveling/away from my computers, one of the reasons for having Cloud storage. And we're not even talking about backing up of data so as to prevent loss.

I mean as in its in the username folder but inside of the onedrive folder
