When i go to taskbar settings its greyed out and im the only one that ever touched this pc

Hi lone_wolf, welcome to the Eleven forums.
Have you acidently disabled something? If you Right-click on the taskbar and select Search and in settings select Show search box. is it off? Or is it this setting that is greyed out? I ask as I have read of the actual search box being greyed out on some taskbars.

On right click i have only two options, settings and task manager
Yes i did use some packs to lighten w11 but i would like a search bar nonetheless

If you open Windows settings, go to personalisation, then taskbar, there is an option for search, what do you see? Is it set to show?

Have you tried uninstalling these “Packs” and rebooted to see if it changes anything? What sort of packs? Tweak apps?

there is nothing to uninstall... its all scripts

If they can be added, they can be removed. You would be wanting to eliminate any possible cause?
