Is there any script that I can generate this based from the attached image that I posted?
Also, if a machine is Azure AD joined, can this be done by switching to a local admin account to perform this?
First of all and MOST importantly is to backup the registry first before doing all this.

Not using secure boot , im on legacy bios ( ASUS , 2016 ; no updates , no EUFI )
Wonder if Im missing something , my Win11 ( latest ) runs very good and fast , no problems at all..........!

No. Assuming your PC has already installed the latest Monthly Updates, then no Internet connection is required. All of the required files are local to the PC, inside the "C:\Windows\System32\SecureBootUpdates" folder.
The newer that your last Monthly Update is, the higher the success rate because MS pushes revised files every month. Some PC's won't be updated because they don't have the right update files, and they may show up in later updates. Some PC's won't ever get updated and stay unsupported. But none of that requires a network connection.
Updates are done at the Windows level, regardless of what kind of user accounts that exist. If you do nothing, the Secure Boot task will always try to self-update the PC. To run the posted manual commands, you just need Administrator rights.

Just do nothing! All my PCs have been updated via Windows Update as confirmed by running the script Detect-SecureBootCertUpdateStatus.ps1 in C:\Windows\SecureBoot\ExampleRolloutScripts installed in the latest monthly update.
