Hello, and welcome to the forum. You did not complete your system specs in your forum profile. What version of Windows 11 are you running? Are you on an insider build? You say "even re-installed windows 11". Do you mean you did a repair install or a clean install?

Sorry, for responding after so long, but I must tell u that I am still living with same problem, I cant access Other Users section in Accounts on Windows 11... Have reinstalled and updated 2-3 times.... Actually I forgot this problem for time being bec I didnt see any need to create any users as Im the only user of this PC and there one more non admin user but its useless now (Thinking to delete it now)

Btw, wht do mean by editing the OS, we usually change PC settings and this OS config is running since windows 10 for over 5-6 years and i can even think to clean install it as I have many apps/emails configured on it which will require many months to re-configure from scratch ... and yes I do backup every month but I dont remember when this problem started and I only keep last 2-3 backups....

No solution by microsoft yet, have updated my Windows 11 with latest packs and everything is updated and working perfectly except this issue...... i.e. I still can't access the Other Users section in windows 11 (Can add users using old Control Panel>User Accounts) but not via new Settings>Other Users ... it throws the following error Event as usual

Wow, you've been fighting this a long time. If you have done only repair installs, an absolute clean install is the only thing left.
