Been on 500mbps Fibre to the Premises for 5 years now. With no kids, it's plenty fast enough for browsing, watching Netflix and my Wife working from home. Cost here in the UK for that speed, is anything from GBP30 upward. I pay GBP 36.99 (approx USD50) per month. The only way we can keep the prices down here, is renegotiate with our ISP or completely switch ISP every 24 months.
