Two questions...

1) Did you use the Local Group Policy Editor?
2) Are you using your organization's software - example Office 365?

If so, one of those is/may be responsible for the notice you're getting.

BTW I can definitively say "Secure Boot" does NOT cause that statement as I've been using it since forever. I can also confirm that the "some settings are managed by your organization" can/will appear if you use the Group Policy Editor as it did for me when I opted to disable driver updates (under Windows 10) per this tutorial... Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10

Agreed, I also have secure boot on also and i've never personally had this message on win11 or 10 for that matter

Thats mad then that its just randomly coming up on some peoples and not others then if theres 0 reason for it. Mine doesn't do it, never has. It shouldn't happen unless theres a reason for it.

Yeah, all my Windows 10 and 11 pc's are using a Microsoft Account and I've never got that message because of it. It isn't the Microsoft account doing it.

It didn't change. I'm now wondering if it's the build ring we are using. On my new desktop I'm running the Beta ring and I get the message. In the VM I'm running the Dev build and I don't get the message.

That could be a possibility i guess, the dev build is my daily and only driver so i dont have any vm's etc setup so it's good that you can check that.

Just FYI, if the issue was caused simply by using a Microsoft Account we'd all have it. We don't, so....

It does seem to appear that Local Accounts, MS Accounts, Signing is as a User or as an Admin has nothing to do with getting the message or not.
