System randomly no longer TPM enabled

After weeks of no issues, i've gone to update to the full retail release of 11, however my TPM is now currently showing as not being compatible, when it was prior to today.
When I re-enable TPM in the bios it then throws the EFI blue screen error, i'm booted in UEFI so I know that side of things is fine, but when I then enable TPM it just refuses to boot.

Any ideas?

Mine seems fine, it's an Alienware Area51m-r2 Is it the Full retail version? If it was me I would go back to previous version and wait for an updated one. May not suit you, It's what I would do. there are so many factors that can effect that sort of error, it could be a matter of trial and error. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
