You can force the tabbed explorer and I use it when I can.. it's not bad

It's there but not on every build.. and you have to have certain hacks in place to use it

It depends on if the CU makes it available. After a CU I found it's there.. I can't recall the extension number on the build but it does come and go. I run the command after each update before I restart and in some cases it works.

I've just installed it and from what I've tried it looks great, fast and does what I want it to do, have tabs. The downloads folder opened up much quicker than with windows file explorer. It seems like a good alternative until the windows one is fully functional.
