In my favorites I was able before to open tab in new window now no work see attached does not light up.

No issue opening new tabs with Firefox, Edge or SeaMonkey.

It seems to work perfectly fine without no issues in the latest version of Edge.

It works perfectly okay in Edge so there is no issue with the browser itself. This is either something idiosyncratic to your machine, or as per your posting history, just another troll post.
