If you're asking if anything in Task Manager indicates that you might want to reboot...
The only thing I ever use as a reboot indicator would be when the memory usage % gets too high.

After a reboot the memory usage drops a bit.

See the difference? Same apps running and same tabs open.
Memory usage dropped from 46% to 28%.

It will slowly climb again. You don't really need to worry about it unless it starts getting above 80%.
