The parameter is incorrect windows 11

Any file tries to open it give me error " The Parameter" not correct, even the file on share folder and have admin permission, some other files open right and in different locations.



last update: 2025-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5051987)
Windows version 10.0.26100 build 26100
I did these methods

Metod 1: Run all these command
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /Scannow

Method 2: virus scan for the computer

Method 3: I change the parameter for clock and region
Method 4: download latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable

When try to create TXT file on desktop

Try repairing or reinstalling Notepad via Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Notepad > Advanced options.

That usually fixes the problem for Notepad, but if you're having the issue for "any file" then maybe not.

Please update the Eleven Forum "My Computer" section with the Dell model.

Check for Dell DSA on the model.
