OS
windows 11
Is there anyone who can help me with this problem.
What should I do to make the device read the entire usable memory.

On the memory tab of task manager, does it show hardware reserved? That will likely explain why your system doesn't show that all memory is available for use.

There is always some memory reserved for the GPU if you have an integral gpu with motherboard.

Here's your screenshot with the English titles along side it.

Are you worried that the 'Available Physical Memory' is a lot less than the 'Installed Physical Memory'? You shouldn't be. In System Information the word 'available' here means that part of the installed memory that is not already in use running your system and apps.

Compare System Information with Task Manager and you'll see that the memory in use, plus the available memory adds up to near enough the installed physical RAM. There will be a small difference due to some memory being Hardware Reserved, the system uses this to communicate with physical devices such as your display.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update.
