Thick black border in every context menu.

I recently updated my laptop to Windows 11 OS Build 22557.1
I've been seeing these black borders in every context menu. I tried adjusting my system for best appearance but I'm still getting to see these. Is this any kind of bug I am dealing with? Please help me fix this. It's so annoying to see.

I checked my dev build and when I use the light color theme I don't get black borders.

Did you add any from win-10 if so they might of left some fragments by what ever utility or method used to add them ?

More than likely, unless the guys on here come up with a fix. I took this machine out of the insiders because of these sort of problems ( still got it on the other one )

That menu in your screenshot reminds me of Aero-Lite or High Contrast Theme residue!
Try: Reboot your machine, go to Settings/Personalization/Themes and apply the Default Windows 11 Theme..., reboot again, then start choosing your colors etc. from scratch.
