Time Zone Change Help

I just moved from Central to Eastern Time Zone and am unable to change the time zone in Windows 11. There is no pull down menu to change anything from Central Standard Time. I have also tried to change it in the Registry and Command Prompt, per the tutorial on this site. Nothing changes and the Command Prompt even says it's an invalid command. What else can I try to fix this issue? Thanks.

Hello, mccnavy.

You wrote that there is no "pull down menu" in settings.

Did you try toggling 'Off' ....'Set Time Zone Automatically', then looking for the pull down?

I'm on 22000.739. I went to settings typed in time zone in search and took the time zone choice. This took me to this screen and in time zone there is a drop down menu.

Have you got set the time zone automatically selected? Other than that I don't know.

Thanks...I had none of those settings checked. Don't know what it was. I just downloaded the Windows ISO, added the registry entry for older processor, and ran setup again (i.e. repair by reinstall). As of right now, it has worked. I was able to get the drop down menu again and select Eastern Time Zone.
