Try to reduce the size of the Windows Apps folder
I have a couple of entry-level laptops with only 128G SSD. Disk space is important. The WindowsApps folder is 9G on my Dell but 20G on the Lenovo. I have done all the suggestions I can find on the internet to remove old versions or duplicates on the Lenovo laptop with no big help. It is still 19.5G. I know that the proper way is to uninstall UWP apps. I use Shell:Appsfolder to displace the apps. When I click on uninstall, it bounces me to the control panel where I can uninstall regular Windows program. But the UWP App that I want to uninstall is not there. Any help?

Could it be the hibernation file? Try running on the command prompt as admin this command " powercfg /hibernate off " on your Lenovo system, then reboot windows and see if the folder is smaller. doing this the booting time of the system will be a little bit slower but you should gain some space. Being the difference so big it could also be a system restore partition created by the manufacturer. A screenshot of your disk manager could be a good idea.

Revo uninstaller pro will list all the Windows Apps in order of size, so you can see which apps are worth uninstalling. Photos is the biggest hog on my laptop.
But have you considered upgrading the SSD? I fitted a 2TB SSD to my laptop, which had only 128GB when I bought it.
