Solved Two grayed-out loading tabs appear in the Context Menu

I am noticing two loading sections in the context menu, and AMD Software is opening out of the blue.
I never opened or right-clicked it, and somehow it keeps loading on my system.

nevermind i fixed the issue as it was in the narrator setting.
