Your system specs are incomplete so my first question would be "Is your device compatible with Windows 11"?

Had you changed bios disk mode from Raid (or VMD) to AHCI, the drive would be detected during windows install. Did you follow the clean install tutorial exactly? Clean Install Windows 11

1st screenshot. Unless you created install media using Rufus and specifically told Rufus to create media for CSM, Windows 11 automatically installs as GPT. Change CSM to GPT in bios before clean install.

3rd screenshot. Download Realtek network adapter driver from your motherboard manufacturer or OEM using another machine. It can be installed at the "load driver" step of the tutorial or after windows is installed.

Yup. Don't wanna say what I'm thinking. So many have broached upon this topic. Check to see if your UEFI/BIOS is set to "Other OS".

From the first image it says that CSM is turned on on BIOS. That is not the correct setting for Win 11. It should be Win 10, Win 11 or UEFI.
How did you made the Win 11 USB installation drive? Did you use MCT or Rufus?

MCT I can take some pictures from my BIOS? (where would I be looking) I have a Network controller now showing as a unknown device (can't find drivers for that) same with a RAID controller can't find drivers for that either. I have downloaded as much drivers as I can from the official realtek site and nothing is detected. Only on here now using a wifi dongle

On a computer with internet working.... google: ASUS PRIME B650-PLUS WIFI and go to the Drivers and tools section.

...download the LAN and Wireless drivers and put them on a USB stick and transfer them to the computer in question.
Then install the drivers.

Next time, before you do a clean install, especially on a comp built by someone other than yourself, do this...

Here's some other things that you may find useful...

With those drivers on your desktop... in Device Manager, right click one of the drivers with the warning, and choose Update the driver and browse to the drivers on your desktop?

Always get and install the latest chipset driver as well.
You'd be surprised how many problems this will clear up.

Choose: chipsets in the "Browse Products" drop down box.
Then choose your CPU socket (AM5), and then the B650 chipset, then click: Submit

It should be version: 7.06.02.123

Just for a try. Delete the Ethernet in device manager then reboot with an active device connected to the Ethernet and WiFi turned off.

From the first image it says that CSM is turned on on BIOS. That is not the correct setting for Win 11. It should be Win 10, Win 11 or UEFI.
How did you made the Win 11 USB installation drive? Did you use MCT or Rufus?
Win 10, Win 11 or UEFI you will find it under OS to install.

Why did you set BIOS as RAID? Do you have a RAID array?
If not, it should be set as AHCI

If you don't set BIOS properly, the computer will never run as it should.
Try to reset BIOS and then check every setting on it.

Thats what I've got to
First download and install the official AMD chipset driver and the RAID driver, directly from AMD:

Restart your computer and more devices should be detected. Then visit manufacturer's site and download the remaining devices. I would download the graphics driver directly from AMD or whatever you have as the manufacturer might provide older drivers on their site.
