Hi, I usually have no trouble buying online using my laptop or phone. I have also bought from this supplier before (Boden). This time it does not matter whether I try using Paypal or my cc or if I use a different card or I use my husband's laptop or try to complete the purchase using my phone or by phoning them up the purchase will not go through. I have found this in my event log

I can buy from all other outlets Amazon, Ocado, John Lewis etc and the transaction goes through.

Any idea of what I could try next please?

If you can complete purchases with other outlets using the same software and hardware then I would suggest either your bank/ card issuer has blocked transactions with that retailer and you need to contact them to see if that is the case, or there is an issue with the retailers payment collection system.
There is one thing you could try to see if the problem fixes itself, use your browser settings to remove all 3rd party cookies and stored payment methods, this may work but can be a pain because you would then need to login to each provider individually when you next want to use them and re enter any payment details and preferences.
Make sure you have a saved copy of any passwords, user names etc that you would need to re enter.

If the payment won't go through when phoning them up or using a different computer or mobile phone or paypal instead of card, it's nothing to do with your PC or Windows or event viewer, it's a problem at the suppliers end or they have blocked your account for some reason.

Event Viewer is for things relating to your Computer and no where else.

for info BTHUSB 34 is "The local adapter does not support an important Low Energy controller state to support peripheral mode..." It's an error you can ignore if the computer boots OK or awakes from sleep without any problems, common benign warning on laptops. A lot of event viewer warning and errors can be ignored as many are for things that are not present in the Computer.
