after update kb5035853 the audio on PC no longer works. Windows don't makes me unistall the update.
What can I do? šŸ˜­

Windows will normally create a Restore Point before installing the update(s).

Go to Settings / System / scroll all the way down to About. Expand (click) and
you should see System protection. Click on the link.

Choose the closest one if Windows did not create one to the date of the update(s).
Make sure to deactivate (not uninstall) your security programs before using a restore point.

Perfect, I put the details of my PC.
If I try unistall updates I get a message that says: "you will not be able to uninstall some updates"

So you:

Select Windows Update > View update history
Click Uninstall Updates
Under Microsoft Windows, select KB5035853 in the list then Click Uninstall
Wait for the update to uninstall
Restart your computer

??

Thatā€™s strange.

- Did you try a restore point as mentioned above, post 4?

- Have you saved any older versions of your audio driver? Try installing an older version of the driver.

unfortunately the restore point is March 25th which is after the update was installed.
No I don't have a copy of the old sound card drivers

also mine is Realteck.
When I open the history it uninstalls updates
the blue wheel spins endlessly without showing me the list of updates.
I have only 11 update drivers :oops:
