Update Mystery !!! Why only offered on some computers !!

Hi folks

Win 11 DEV 25H2 on 3 seemingly similar laptops !!!
Offered latest (aug ) update on 1 as shown

the other two keep insisting that "You are up to date" --

Windows Insider at DEV on all the laptops

I managed eventually to "Force an update" on the others by deleting the regkey "WindowsSelfHost", rebooting and then you can "join the insider program" at any level. Then the update was presented.

Seems a bit of a "bow locks" way of having to do this though !!!!
