Updated File Explorer probs

In the past few months, I've had some issues . Progs show in the taskbar after closing, same progs won't respond (maximize?) with taskbar click or rt click, Win time being off, right clicking logo doesn't show anything... I could open the app using ALT-TAB. It maybe related to File Explorer cause after searching for a fix, one post said to restart it in Taskbar settings to restore things. It worked, even the time started working properly. Anyone else having similar errors since MS has been changing File Explorer? Fixes?

Probably the Explorer process was stuck. Terminating the process from Task Manager -> details and then runing it again should fix the issue. I would download Superantispyware or similar tool and do a full system check for spywares.

Only occasionally anymore do I have to restart explorer. It happened more often with earlier builds. Instead of dickering with task manager, I made a shortcut on my desktop with a target of:
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /c taskkill /im explorer.exe /f & start explorer.exe
I named it Kill Explorer.
I then assigned it a shortcut key of Ctrl + Alt + K
It makes it quick and easy . You might want to do the same until you get your problem worked out. FYI I observed that it happened more often when I used a third party tool that affected the task bar. I removed it and am now running vanilla.
