Solved Upload speed very slow

As of only recently am experiencing a very slow(1 - 2 Mbps) upload speed on my desktop computer. Download speed is fine. All other devices connected through WiFi have an upload speed of at least 20 Mbps. Download speeds are in excess of 500 Mbps. Desktop is connected by Ethernet through TP-Link AX3000. I have tried connecting directly through my Spectrum modem with the same results. I have even replaced the Ethernet cable just to verify it's not an issue. I have rebooted all devices involved. I believe this narrows it down to an issue within the computer. The Ethernet Controller is Killer E2400 Gigabit. Again this is has only happened within the last week or two. Maybe related to a Windows or Dell update? I don't know how to trouble shoot this any further, any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I see your computer is a Dell. Have you done all your Dell manufacturer's updates? I have a Dell and I use the utility app Dell Command | Update.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I don't have Dell Command but have Dell Update and it shows a BIOS update for my XPS 8930 but every time I try to install it it fails with no explanation.

Interesting! I run my Dell Update app every day and I had a BIOS update this morning for my XPS 15 9510. It updated to 1.18.0 with no errors.

I always run my Windows Update first and then my Dell Update. Did you run Windows Update?

I'm not familiar with Dell's update software but might be worth using Intel® Driver & Support Assistant to check your drivers.

It will just erase your network adapters and reinstall them. But all your settings (if you have any) will be gone.
Are you using any VPN?

Windows cannot find 'ipconfig/flushdns', Make sure you typed the name correctly, then try again.
As noted modem and router have been rebooted several times.
Why would this be an ISP issue when WIFI works just fine?

Thank you for pointing that out. I have run that and done a computer reboot and no change.
Go to device manager and expand Network Adapters and tell me what is the WiFi card model. If it says Killer, then I know what's the problem and how to solve it
