Upstart loop after Win 11 installation

I have been trying to install Win 11 on my new computer-build. I downloaded and created a USB from which I installed a complete Win 11 Pro on a new M2 disk. Everything worked until restart when the restart went in to a loop. No way out! I reinstalled on an other harddrive with the same result! I then connected my old HDD with a working win 11 installed and tried Complete re-installation (without the USB) and got the same result! I have new ASUS TUF B860 motherboard, Gigabyte RTX 5060 graphic card, 32gb corsair vengeance DDR5.

If you're trying to install 25H2 (26200.7840), it's believed there's a lot of problems with this latest build.

I downloaded directly from Microsoft webbsida but then I tried re-install without connection to the webb from an old installation. Same result.
