Hi all, i get ethernet through a USB Hub, i did disable all power saving feature "allow to turn off" on ALL possible USB related thing in the peripheral manager. Yet i'm still getting the issue. After i unplug/replug the cable, it's back. But the cable is well plugged everytime so i don't think it's because of it.. Any idea on how to solve this? Thanks!

Is your usb hub a powered usb hub? If not, that's most likely the problem and/or bad usb ethernet adapter.

you can also check advanced power options
control panel > power options

in this window
change power plan settings
then
advanced power plan settings

on that menu you will find USB
click the + for the menu to open
and then set
allow the system to power down USB to > disabled

best of luck Steve ..

Then you have to eliminate it being the other hardware. You have too many possibly problematic points in your set-up so you have to prove what it is NOT. You said yourself unplugging/re-plugging fixes the problem.

Unplug all other devices from the hub and test. If that fixes th problem another usb device is interfering.
By pass the hub and plug ethernet adapter directly into a usb port on laptop and test.
Try ethernet adapter in different ports in the hub.
Try both hub and ethernet adapter into another device and test.
Use another usb ethenet adapter.
Change the ethernet cable.
Does it happen when uising wireless?
Just because the hub is connected does not mean that the AC adapter for the hub is actually providing any/correct power. It is common for those little power adapters to go bad.

The AC adapter is a 100w made by uGreen. It's a quality product so far. But yeah you could be right... If i had other things connected to it, which IS NOT the case, only the ethernet... So, couldn't it also be the USB Hub itself?

Oh wait! I think i recall that i did NOT had that issue in former version of 11.. I actually have another similar USB Hub connected to another computer. I'll swap them and see.. If any other idea, tell :)

EDIT: I'm thinking another issue could be overheating of the port on the hub and its safety feature disabling it but not reactivating it, what do you think?

Update the driver of the Ugreen hub's Realtek USB Ethernet chip.

You've misread : it's the power adapter that's from uGreen, not the USB Hub! However it appears that my hub still had Realtek USB, good point! Just wondering : did you had the issue yourself and it was solved by updating the driver or it's just an idea?

I haven't experienced the issue myself but keeping your drivers always updated properly is among those habits that often tend to prevent getting in trouble.

Try this. Open device manager and find your Realtek USB network card. Then in Power Management tab untick all options.
Mind you when you plug it into another USB port on the PC you have to do it again!

If you read the message, i did this not just on the card but on ALL USB stuff.

In the end it seems updating drivers solved all! Thanks a lot for responding :)

You only specified "ALL" so you could have missed something ;) I do encounter realtek USB network issues professional. But this issue doesn't sound like software then. Or do you have installed any 3rd party USB hub drivers? Or just what came with windows 11?
You can reinstall existing ones for USB Hub/Host controller using device manager, right click, update driver, browse my computer, let me pick..., Next.
Same drive will be installed again but with clean install.
Last resort, did you try this:
REM ### Selective USB Suspend (No aliases?)
powercfg /setACvalueindex scheme_current 2a737441-1930-4402-8d77-b2bebba308a3 48e6b7a6-50f5-4782-a5d4-53bb8f07e226 0
